A few of the daisy squares I've made for Emma's blanket. I've made 30 and thought that would be enough, but after I spread them out I decided it wasn't. So I'm making 10 more. I love this pattern, but at the same time I'm tired of making them. I know she's going to love it. Emma is 2 and has to "smell" every flower I make. It's really cute and I can't wait to see what she does when they are all sewed together!I would like to make myself a scrap afghan after I'm done with the daisy blanket. I'm going to have quite a bit of different colored yarn left over from the daisy squares and have been buying a skein here and there of other colors in the same brand. Not sure of the pattern yet, but it's not going to be complicated. I want something pretty and fast.
I have been really busy with life and haven't been doing much crafting with the exception of this blanket. I'm hoping to venture off into some quilting, beading, and scrapbooking come this June. I will post pictures when I'm done.
